Thijs Koerselman

I am a software engineer with a particular interest in sound, music, and audiovisual composition. Over the past 25 years, I have designed and developed apps, tools, and algorithms for platforms, installations and live performances.

In the last 10 years, I have worked mostly for remote clients from my studio in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

This website serves as a personal portfolio and archive, as well as a place to publish articles and share my open source projects.

In 2026, I switched to working on my own ideas for a social no-media platform, for which I am founding a new company and non-profit organization. I am extremely excited about this, so that will be my main focus for the foreseeable future.
